PROJEKT „MOJA KORONA EUROPY”

REGULAMIN ODZNAKI

1. Projekt „Moja Korona Europy” obejmuje najwyższe szczyty 47 państw, które leżą w obrębie Europy w granicach określonych przez Międzynarodową Unię Geograficzną. W przypadku dwóch państw, Portugalii i Danii, listę szczytów poszerzono o dwa szczyty leżące na kontynencie i stanowiące alternatywę do szczytów położonych na wyspach. W przypadku Rosji, alternatywą dla szczytu Narodnaja jest szczyt Elbrus. Wyboru w tym zakresie dokonuje uczestnik projektu, wedle własnego uznania.
2. Po zaewidencjonowaniu zdobytych szczytów w książeczce „Moja Korona Europy”, można ubiegać się o przyznanie odznaki „Korona Europy” określonego stopnia. Ewidencjonowanie zdobytych szczytów polega na wpisaniu na odpowiednich stronach książeczki przynajmniej daty wejścia na szczyt oraz trasy przejścia (tekstowo, albo wrysowując przebieg przejścia na mapce). Ponadto na stronach książeczki można wkleić fotografię potwierdzającą wejście na szczyt, odcisnąć stempel pobliskiego obiektu, lub pozyskać inne wpisy potwierdzające (np. przewodnika).
3. Książeczka „Moja Korona Europy” jest własnością uczestnika projektu i w żadnym wypadku nie się przesyła jej w celach weryfikacyjnych. Uczestnik chcący uzyskać odznakę „Korona Europy” postępuje według następującej procedury:
• Dokonuje wpisów na arkuszu udostępnionym przez organizatorów projektu (można go pobrać ze strony internetowej projektu „Moja Korona Europy”). Arkusz ten zawiera dane osoby ubiegającej się o odznakę oraz chronologiczną listę zdobytych szczytów.
• Po kompletnym wypełnieniu arkusza wysyła go na adres e-mail: MojaKoronaEuropy@gmail.com.
• Po uzyskaniu informacji zwrotnej o nadaniu odznaki uczestnik wpłaca określoną kwotę za odznakę na podane konto z uwzględnieniem kosztów przesyłki odznaki oraz certyfikatu (karta potwierdzająca uzyskanie odznaki w określonym stopniu w formie wkładki do książeczki).
• Uczestnik może dosłać na podany e-mail swoją fotografię, która zostanie umieszczona w internetowym panteonie zdobywców.
• Po otrzymaniu wpłaty organizatorzy projektu wysyłają na podany przez uczestnika adres odznakę wraz z certyfikatem oraz umieszczają dane zdobywcy w panteonie zdobywców.
4. Odznaka „Korona Europy” posiada cztery stopnie: brązowy, srebrny, złoty i diamentowy. Wyznacznikiem do ubiegania się o przyznanie konkretnego stopnia odznaki jest suma wysokości bezwzględnych zdobytych szczytów (wg wartości podanych w książeczce). Dla kolejnych stopni odznaki obowiązują następujące minimalne sumaryczne wysokości wszystkich dotąd zdobytych szczytów:
• odznaka brązowa 10 000 m
• odznaka srebrna 30 000 m
• odznaka złota 50 000 m
• odznaka diamentowa przyznawana jest po zdobyciu 46 szczytów leżących na terytorium 47 państw Europy.
5. Do sumy wysokości bezwzględnych szczytów dotąd zdobytych nie zalicza sie tego samego szczytu kolejny raz, choćby był on zdobyty inną drogą, z wyjątkiem szczytu Korab, jeśli był zdobywany od strony dwóch państw.
6. Szczyty można zdobywać w dowolnej kolejności. Zaliczyć można również te, które zostały zdobyte wcześniej, zanim powstał niniejszy regulamin i projekt „Moja Korona Europy”.
7. Panteon zdobywców odznaki „Korona Europy” prowadzony jest odrębnie dla każdego ze stopni odznaki. Zapisy w panteonie zdobywców odznaki „Korona Europy” zawierają:
• imię i nazwisko zdobywcy odznaki,
• miejscowość zamieszkania zdobywcy,
• numer i datę nadania odznaki,
• fotografię (jeśli zostanie przez uczestnika projektu dostarczona).
8. Uczestnik decyduje się do udziału w projekcie „Moja Korona Europy” dobrowolnie i wyraża tym faktem zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych, niezbędnych do prowadzenia korespondencji oraz publikacji swoich danych w panteonie zdobywców odznaki „Korona Europy”.
9. Wszystkie wątpliwości interpretacyjne niniejszego regulaminu rozstrzygają organizatorzy projektu „Moja Korona Europy”.

THE „MY CROWN OF EUROPE” PROJECT

BADGE REGULATIONS

1. The „My Crown of Europe” project includes the highest peaks of 47 countries that are placed in Europe within the limits set by the International Geographic Union. In the case of two countries, Portugal and Denmark, the list of summits has been extended by two situated on the continent and they are an alternative to the peaks located on the islands. In the case of Russia, the Elbrus summit is an alternative to the Narodnaja summit. The choice in this regard is made by the participant of the project at its own discretion.
2. After registering the summits obtained in the book „My Crown of Europe”, you can apply for the award of the „Crown of Europe” badge of a certain degree. Keeping records of the summits obtained consists in entering on the relevant pages of the book at least the date of entry to the summit and routes of passage (text, or drawing the trail on the map). In addition, on the pages of the book you can paste a photo, obtain a stamp of a nearby object, or any other confirmation (e.g. from the tourist guide).
3. The booklet „My Crown of Europe” is the property of the participant of the project and should not be sent for verification purposes. The participant wishing to obtain the „Crown of Europe” badge proceeds according to the following  instructions:·
• Participants make entries on the form provided by the project organizers (it can be downloaded from the website of the „My Crown of Europe” project). The form contains the data of the applicants and a chronological list of the summits.
• After completing the form, send it to the e-mail address: MojaKoronaEuropy@gmail.com.
• After receiving the badge information, the participant pays a specific amount for the badge to the given account, the payment includes the cost of sending the badge and the certificate (a card in a form of a book insert, which confirms that the participant acquired the badge in a certain degree).
• The participant can send his photo to the e-mail address that will be placed in the online pantheon of conquerors.
• After receiving the payment, the project organizers send the badge along with the certificate to the address provided by the participant and place the data of the winner in the conquerors' pantheon.
4. The „Crown of Europe” badge has four levels: brown, silver, gold and diamond. The determinant for applying for a particular grade of badge is the sum of the absolute heights of the summits obtained (according to the values given in the booklet). For successive levels of the badge, the following minimum sums of all previously acquired summits the following heights apply:
• brown badge 10 000 m
• silver badge 30 000 m
• gold badge 50 000 m
• diamond badge is awarded after obtaining 46 peaks located on the territory of 47 European countries.
5. To the sum of the absolute heights of the summits so far acquired, the same summit does not count again, even if it was obtained by another route. except for the Korab summit, if it was conquered from the side of two countries.
6. Peaks can be obtained in any order. You can also include those that were earned before this regulation and the „My Crown of Europe” project were created.
7. The Pantheon of the winners of the „Crown of Europe” badge is run separately for each of the badge degrees. The records in the pantheon of the winners of the „Crown of Europe” badge include:
• first and last name of the winner of the badge,
• the place of residence of the conqueror,
• number and date of the badge,
• photo (if delivered by the participant).
8. Participants decide to take part in the „My Crown of Europe” project voluntarily and agree to the processing of his personal data, necessary to conduct correspondence and the publication of his data in the pantheon of winners of the „Crown of Europe” badge.
9. Any doubts regarding the interpretation of these regulations are settled by the authors of the „My Crown of Europe” project.
